Intake

To begin, we will schedule an intake / “get to know you” appointment to meet your family. During this time, we will review your child’s skills, preferences, goals, as well as any behavioral concerns you may have. To proceed we will need an active referral from your doctor for ABA services and an authorization from your insurance provider.

Evaluation

After the intake process is complete, the behavior analyst will assess your child’s skill repertoires, including vocal and non-vocal language, imitation, listener skills, play, and social skill development, as well as any interfering behavior. Following the assessment, an individualized treatment plan will be developed in collaboration with parent goals.

Treatment

Upon commencement of services, a certified RBT will be assigned to work with your child under the supervision of a BCBA / BCaBA. The RBT is responsible for implementing your child’s treatment plan goals and daily recordings of your child’s progress, while the behavior analyst conducts ongoing analysis of your child’s progress to ensure optimal treatment outcome.

Outcomes

Whether it’s making eye contact for the first time, asking for a cookie instead of crying, making a friend, potty training, or eating a new food, your child will have successes and we will celebrate them with you along the way!
