Dianna Atay, LBA, BCBA

Dianna Atay is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and owner of AIM Hi. She graduated from the University of Hawaii with a master’s in social work degree and received post-graduate instruction in applied behavior analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. Dianna has 16 years of experience applying principles of ABA with children with autism in a clinical setting. Her work in ABA is driven by the progress she sees with the kids she services—in the skills they gain, the barriers they overcome, and the future they possess.

Noelle Gress, LBA, BCBA

Noelle Gress is a Licensed Behavior Analyst and Assistant Clinical Director of AIM Hi. She graduated from the Florida Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in behavior analysis. Noelle has been working with children with autism and the field of behavior analysis for 11 years. She believes her purpose in ABA is to service children with compassion and make a difference in their lives by providing them with a functional set of skills that enhances their quality of life. 

Kelsie Lau, BCBA

Kelsie Lau is a Board-Certified tBehavior Analyst and Clinical Supervisor at AIM Hi. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Western Oregon University and is currently working towards a master’s in behavior analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Kelsie has 6 years of experience and has chosen a career in ABA because, “with ABA, [she] can see tangible results that make a significant change in an individual’s life.”

Yoko Okuda, Lead RBT

Yoko Okuda is a Registered Behavior Technician and Lead Technician at AIM Hi. She earned a master’s in special education from the University of Hawaii with a focus in behavior analysis. Yoko has 8 years of experience working in the field of behavior analysis and is working towards board certification. She chose a career in behavior analysis because she wants to help guide kids to become independent, adapt to their surroundings, and develop strong and lasting relationships.
